We support you on your path to work or studies

Finding the right way forward is not always straightforward. Many people feel uncertain about where to start, what options are available, and how to take the next step. That’s why Workbuddy exists – to provide you with support, guidance, and structure on your journey towards employment or education.

If you are registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service and are eligible for Rusta and Matcha, you can choose Workbuddy as your provider. Every day, we work to create real value for our participants – with the goal of being a reliable and effective support all the way to your next step.

How it works

  • Contact the Swedish Public Employment Service
  • Choose Workbuddy as your provider (using a KA number)
  • We then begin working together towards employment or education

With us, it is important that you feel seen, secure, and involved. You will be assigned a personal coach who takes the time to get to know you and adapts the support to your needs, experience, and goals.

Jobs that are never advertised

We use our network and contacts in the labour market to identify opportunities that are not always publicly advertised.

We help you create a clear and professional CV that highlights your skills and experience.

Through shared experience and professional networks, you gain new pathways into the job market.

Work placement and experience

We help you find a work placement where you can try out a profession, build experience, and establish valuable contacts.

Individual mapping

Together, we map and highlight your skills – often, you have more to offer than you realise.

Workplace visits

We arrange workplace visits with employers that match your interests and goals.

Personal coaching

Every other week, you meet with your own coach who follows your progress and supports you moving forward.

Education and study choices

If you wish to study, we help you find the right education based on your goals and circumstances.

Interview preparation

By practising interviews together, you become more confident and better prepared.
